You will be the key contact between the College, learners, parents and employers, helping them maximise potential and progress to further study, apprenticeships or employment.
You will deliver PD tutorials, provide guidance and monitor progress, while working with curriculum teams to keep learners engaged and performing at their best.

Part Time Variable Hours Progress Coach
Hours: part-time variable
Hourly rate: £18.06 per hour inclusive of holiday pay*
Plus generous benefits, including:
*the base hourly rate is £15.44 per hour, plus holiday pay, which gives an approximate hourly rate of £18.06 per hour.
About the role
This role is pivotal in supporting student achievement, progression, and personal development. As a key point of contact between the College, students, parents/carers, and employers, you will help learners maximise their potential, achieve ambitious goals, and successfully progress to their next destination.
Working closely with curriculum teams, you will provide coaching, guidance, and pastoral support to ensure learners remain engaged, attend regularly, perform to the best of their ability, and enjoy a positive learning experience.
The role involves delivering both individual and group Professional Development tutorials, creating engaging learning resources, and monitoring academic, personal, and career-related progress. You will support students in developing as independent learners while helping them plan and prepare for higher education, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities.
