Job summary

Capital City College in London is seeking a Progress Coach to support study programme retention, achievement and progression through target setting, progress reviews and effective liaison with stakeholders. The role includes delivering the College's group tutorial programme.

The full-time, fixed-term position runs 35 hours per week and ends on 30 July 2027, offering an opportunity to contribute to student success within a supportive and collaborative team at one of London's leading FE providers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering group tutorial sessions.
• Ability to support retention, progression and achievement.
• Willingness to engage with parents/carers and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to Health and Safety training and safeguarding policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the College's group tutorial sessions for all Animal Academy Students.
• Contribute to development of teaching and assessment materials as part of the College's group tutorial scheme.
• Undertake regular 1:1 reviews with a caseload of approximately 250 students.
• Engage with staff, parents/carers and external stakeholders to support learners at risk.
