We seek candidates with experience in a post-16 environment, capable of high levels of care, compassion and resilience when working with learners.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people in post-16 environments.
• Ability to deliver high levels of care with a person-centred approach.
• Diplomacy, tact and emotional resilience when working with challenging students.
