Job summary

Litcham School is seeking a dedicated Student Manager to support pupils' wellbeing, behaviour and learning, working with families, staff and external agencies to promote high standards.

You will monitor behaviour, deliver targeted interventions, develop support plans, and be a visible presence across the school to help students achieve their potential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage and improve student behaviour, wellbeing and engagement in learning.
• Work closely with school leaders and teaching staff to implement the school's Behaviour Policy.
• Support students who require additional pastoral guidance or targeted interventions.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents/carers and external agencies.
• Investigate incidents, facilitate restorative conversations and support reintegration following suspension or periods of absence.
• Develop and implement individual support plans for students.
• Provide a visible and proactive presence around the school throughout the day.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Student Manager to join our pastoral team. This is a rewarding and varied role at the heart of school life, working closely with students, families, teaching staff and external agencies to promote high standards of behaviour, attendance, wellbeing and achievement.

About the Role

As Student Manager, you will play a key role in supporting students' personal development and ensuring they are successful both academically and socially. You will:
