SALARY: £28,696 per annum FTE (£24,060 Actual) + Benefits
LOCATION: Hedge End, Southampton, Hampshire
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 37 hours per week, term time only (38 weeks): 8.15am to 4.15pm Monday to Thursday and 8.15am to 3.45pm Friday. Hours may change for operational reasons, and support staff may be asked to work during site opening hours of 6.00am to 10.30pm.

Working with pastoral colleagues and senior leaders, the Pastoral Manager / Inclusion Manager will support behaviour plans, staff coaching and inclusive strategies.
The Pastoral Manager / Inclusion Manager will use behaviour data, mentoring and strong family relationships to help students re-engage with learning and strengthen a positive school culture.
