Job summary

Student Roost is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for its Corfe House accommodation in Poole. The role is an annualised hours contract offering a salary of £27,202.50 per annum pro rata (£13.95 per hour) with overtime paid at 1.25x and an average of 1,950 hours per year.

You will work 5 days out of 7 between 8am and 8pm, including regular weekend shifts, delivering resident-focused support and a warm, welcoming service to students living on-site.
