Job summary

Student Roost in Belfast is seeking a permanent full-time Customer Service Advisor for our Nelsons Place property. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, handling enquiries, maintenance reports, parcels, directions and general chats to support a positive student experience throughout their stay.

Working 5 days out of 7 between 8am and 8pm, you’ll join a friendly property team focused on welfare, safety and service. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

• Experience in customer service

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for residents and guests across a range of queries and services.
• Assist residents with maintenance issues, parcel collection, directions, and general enquiries.
