Job summary

Activate Learning seeks a part‑time Faculty Coordinator to join our Lifeskills provision at the City of Oxford campus, supporting staff and learners with day‑to‑day faculty operations and events. You will help deliver provision for Post-16 learners with SEND/SLD, coordinating meetings, onboarding, and schedules while improving processes.

You will be student‑facing, assisting enquiries and maintaining student records.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English as a minimum requirement.
• Excellent administration and organisation skills essential.
• Strong IT skills with MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, OneDrive and Teams.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for day-to-day faculty operations and events.
• Assist with scheduling, meetings, and agenda management.
• Support onboarding of students and management of student records.
• Respond to student and teacher enquiries and help streamline processes.
