Job summary

English Path is actively seeking a Student Experience Officer in London to manage the student journey from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring high-quality experiences across welfare, accommodation and activities. The role serves as a main contact for students, agents, host families and providers, with a strong emphasis on safe, welcoming housing aligned with British Council expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, accommodation education or student services.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance the overall student experience from pre-arrival to departure.
• Act as a key contact for student welfare, accommodation and general enquiries.
• Coordinate student arrivals, inductions, departures and airport transfers.
• Manage accommodation bookings and support relationships with host families and providers.
• Resolve student welfare, safeguarding and accommodation concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate student, accommodation and compliance records using internal systems.
• Monitor attendance, student feedback and engagement to improve student satisfaction.
• Support safeguarding, British Council compliance and health & safety procedures.
• Assist with social activities, excursions and wider operational administration.
• Provide professional front-line support via email, phone and in person, including during peak periods and emergency rota cover
