Responsibilities

• Support and enhance the overall student experience from pre-arrival to departure.
• Act as a key contact for student welfare, accommodation and general enquiries.
• Coordinate student arrivals, inductions, departures and airport transfers.
• Manage accommodation bookings and relationships with host families and providers.
• Maintain records using internal systems and ensure compliance.
• Provide professional front-line support via email, phone and in person.

Essential Skills & Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, accommodation education or student services.Experience working in an international or multicultural environment desirable.Experience with accommodation or host family coordination desirable.Excellent administrative and organisational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Professional, approachable and student-focused manner.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database/CRM systems.Knowledge of safeguarding and welfare practices desirable.
