Job summary

The University of Manchester is seeking a collaborative Teaching Learning and Student Experience Coordinator to manage the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and student experience administration within the Information, Advice and Guidance team. This role is student-facing and primarily on-campus, with occasional evenings as needed.

You will coordinate student support initiatives, supervise staff, and help develop academic advising across undergraduate and postgraduate taught programs,

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching and learning or student administrative policies.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate work activities.
• Excellent communication and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of Information, Advice and Guidance services to students.
• Supervise administrative colleagues, allocate work, manage rotas and provide training.
