Job summary

The University of Nottingham is seeking a proactive administrator to support education administration and enhance the student experience. You will provide administrative support for programme and quality assurance processes, manage information for students (e.g., Moodle sites and handbooks), and draft local student communications.

You will work with Education and Student Experience teams, coordinate student activities such as welcome and induction, staff-student forums, and events, and

Qualifications

• Educated to A level or equivalent.
• Experience in a relevant admin role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT skills and ability to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for programme and quality assurance processes.
• Coordinate and maintain key information for students (e.g., Moodle sites and handbooks).
• Coordinate local activities to engage students, build community, and improve their experience (Staff Student Forums, student events).
• Draft local student communications.
• Contribute to projects supporting education and student experience elements of the Faculty's Strategic Plan.
