Zusammenfassung

UPP, the UK's leading provider of on-campus residential and academic accommodation, is seeking a Student Experience Coordinator based at the University of Reading. You will plan, coordinate and deliver a year-round Home at Halls programme, engaging students and promoting belonging and wellbeing.

You will recruit and train Student Representatives, manage budgets, and collaborate with university partners and Students' Union to drive satisfaction and retention.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in higher education or student accommodation environments.
• Experience coordinating student ambassadors or staff.
• Strong event planning, organisation and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with students and stakeholders.
• Experience creating engaging communications or social media campaigns.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers and multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of a year-round Home at Halls programme.
• Coordinate event logistics including venues, suppliers, materials, staffing, promotion and risk assessments.
• Recruit, train, support and coordinate Student Representatives.
• Deliver engagement and communications activities to support satisfaction and retention.
• Support promotion at open days and recruitment events.
• Create engaging student-facing communications and social media content.
• Build relationships with university colleagues, Students' Union and partners.
• Manage budgets and monitor engagement, use insights to improve activity.
• Share best practices with other UPP sites across the South region.
