Job summary

Walbrook Institute London is seeking a Student Engagement Coordinator to join our Student Engagement Team. You will be the first point of contact for students, supporting their academic journey and promoting wellbeing across on-campus and online learners.

This role offers hybrid working (up to one day per week on site in London), a campus-based salary up to £30,000, and opportunities to contribute to engagement, retention and student experience within a diverse university community.

Qualifications

• Experience in a student-facing role within HE.
• Experience supporting international or diverse student populations.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient with digital platforms and online systems.
• Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
• Proactive, student-centred mindset to deliver outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for student enquiries in person and online.
• Support students throughout their academic journey and escalate complex issues.
• Monitor engagement and attendance and perform proactive outreach.
• Coordinate and support student engagement activities for on-campus and online students.
• Champion student voice initiatives via surveys and forums.
• Maintain records and contribute to service KPIs.
• Collaborate across the institution with safeguarding compliance.
