Qualifications

• Proven experience of providing pastoral or welfare support to adult international students.
• Experience creating and delivering wellbeing workshops.
• Experience working in a compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective case management of all welfare concerns.
• Provide 1:1 welfare support to students.
• Plan and implement welfare events and promotional activities.
