Job summary

Northeastern University London is seeking a proactive Student Engagement Coordinator to design and deliver a vibrant student life programme across undergraduate, postgraduate and short programmes in London. You will coordinate welcome weeks, trips, and co-curricular activities, while supporting the Students Union and fostering an inclusive learning community.

You will manage event logistics, budgets and communications, collaborate with faculty and programme teams, and work flexible hours

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Experience organising student activities and events.
• Strong knowledge of London cultural and tourism resources.
• Experience in a university/academic setting preferred.
• Experience with international students preferred.
• Experience with U.S. student demographics is a plus.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver welcome weeks, co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
• Coordinate events, excursions, travel arrangements and budgets.
• Liaise with the Students Union and Programme teams.
• Support across all cohorts to ensure inclusive student life provision.
• Recruit, onboard and train student ambassadors.
• Manage administrative duties and communications for the team.
