Qualifications

• Doctorate required in business, higher education leadership, or closely related field.
• Significant senior academic leadership experience with budget oversight and strategy.
• Experience building or transforming programs or campuses, esp. experiential/industry-integrated models.
• Experience in international higher education, familiarity with UK/European regulatory structures.
• Strong track record in industry partnerships and employer engagement at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan to reposition NU London as a leading American university in London.
• Oversee design, launch, and improvement of US-accredited undergraduate and graduate degree portfolio.
• Maintain UK regulatory compliance and governance across US/UK programs.
• Build high-value employer partnerships and coordinate experiential learning opportunities.
• Develop financial models and manage a self-sustaining international campus.
