You will shape the campus identity and coordinate with central leadership to ensure global integration and regulatory compliance.

The role demands senior leadership experience in international higher education, strong industry partnerships, and financial acumen to sustain a premium, self-supporting campus.

Formación

• Doctorate required in business, higher education leadership, or closely related field.
• Significant senior academic leadership experience with budget oversight and strategy.
• Experience building or transforming programs or campuses, esp. experiential/industry-integrated models.
• Experience in international higher education, familiarity with UK/European regulatory structures.
• Strong track record in industry partnerships and employer engagement at senior level.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan to reposition NU London as a leading American university in London.
• Oversee design, launch, and improvement of US-accredited undergraduate and graduate degree portfolio.
• Maintain UK regulatory compliance and governance across US/UK programs.
• Build high-value employer partnerships and coordinate experiential learning opportunities.
• Develop financial models and manage a self-sustaining international campus.
