Job summary

EKC Group is seeking a Data Services Business Partner to support our Colleges in managing student data, funding compliance and operational effectiveness. You will provide expert advisory, support and constructive challenge to College teams to ensure data is accurate, up-to-date and handled in line with DfE requirements.

As Group lead for a designated technical specialism, you will promote consistent data practices across the student lifecycle, including ILR, enrolments, timetabling and course

Qualifications

• Experience advising colleges on data quality and funding compliance.
• Strong knowledge of ILR, course files, enrolments and timetabling.
• Ability to coach peers to achieve high data standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advisory and challenge to College teams.
• Promote accurate, complete and timely student data across lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with DfE funding rules.
