Job summary

Study Group is seeking a Data and Operations Officer for the Royal Holloway International Study Centre in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on delivering high-quality administrative and operational services to ensure the ISC runs smoothly, including reception duties, responding to student inquiries, and maintaining accurate student records.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience in an education setting, and a strong focus on data accuracy and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Experience supporting students in an educational context is desirable.
• Experience in a regulated environment or customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception and front-facing support for the centre, handling general student queries face-to-face, via email, phone, and the VLE.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure data is uploaded and updated in the student information system.
• Support student registration, orientation, and ongoing progression data; assist with assessment administration and archiving processes.
