Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, attendance monitoring, pastoral support, or a school office.
• Strong IT literacy including database management and report writing.
• Professional approach to safeguarding and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily pupil attendance and punctuality with accurate records.
• Contact parents and carers regarding unexplained absences and lateness.
• Identify attendance patterns and support strategies with pastoral leaders.
