Qualifications

• Experience in attendance administration or pastoral support.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily attendance and punctuality and identify patterns.
• Contact parents and carers regarding absences.
• Maintain attendance records and prepare reports for welfare teams.
• Identify barriers to learning and agree on support strategies.
• Support welfare checks and follow-up actions per procedures.
• Liaise with safeguarding leads and external agencies as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate record-keeping.
• Promote a positive attendance culture and engagement.
