Arts University Bournemouth is seeking a motivated Student Adviser to join our Student Services team. You will be a first point of contact, providing a warm, welcoming and professional service to students, helping them access the support, information and guidance they need to thrive at the university.

The role covers a broad range of areas including financial support and bursaries, travel and transport, health and wellbeing, and other aspects of student life.

Responsibilities

• Be one of the first points of contact for Student Services, delivering a warm, welcoming and professional service.
• Help students access the information, guidance and support they need to thrive during their time at university.
• Assist with areas such as financial support and bursaries, travel and transport, health and wellbeing, and other aspects of student life.
• Contribute to the administration of the University's Access and Participation Plan to ensure opportunities for all students.
• Work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
