Ernest-Gordon-Recruitment-Limited is recruiting a Structural Steel Engineer (Progression to Technical Sales) for Tottenham with hybrid working. Salary £50,000–£60,000 per annum plus company benefits, training and car allowance.

The role develops your sales skills while you build expertise in structural steel design and fabrication. You will cover London and the Southeast, converting opportunities into projects and collaborating with estimating and technical teams to win bids.

Qualifications

• Experience within the structural steel industry.
• Interest in progressing into technical sales.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales territory across London and the Southeast.
• Develop existing accounts while generating new business opportunities.
• Visit new and existing clients to build long-term relationships.
• Prepare sales plans and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Work closely with estimating and technical teams to secure projects.
