Job summary

ARV Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager to join a £100m plus structural steelwork contractor, driving profitable revenue growth across London and the South. The role is full-cycle, consultative, focusing on securing steel frame projects and presenting value-engineered options to main contractors and developers.

You will track, progress and convert major project leads, turning Tier 1/2 contractors, architects and engineers into repeat clients.

Qualifications

• Experience selling or tendering into Tier 1/2 main contractors or developers.
• Ability to read project specs and talk value-engineering.
• Track record of converting leads and driving revenue growth.

Sales Manager now required to join a £100m plus structural steelwork contractor known for engineering and delivering iconic British infrastructure who design, manufacture, and build high-spec, complex steel structures utilising a state-of-the-art production facility

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will drive profitable revenue growth across London/South

This is a full-cycle consultative sales role focused on securing steel frame projects and pitching value-engineered alternatives to main contractors and developers.

Track, progress, and convert major commercial and industrial project leads.

Turn Tier 1 contractors, architects, and engineers into repeat clients.

Partner with internal Estimating, Design, and Ops teams to build winning bids.

Based within an easy, realistic commute of London and the South

Experience selling or tendering into Tier 1/2 main contractors or developers.

Ability to read project specs, protect margins, and talk value-engineering.

Background in structural steelwork or building envelopes. THE REWARDS
