Novatus is seeking an adaptable and agile Consultant to support delivery of projects across financial services. You will work with Senior Leaders to shape, embed practical solutions across business strategy, operations, risk, data, compliance, and technology-enabled change.

You'll gain hands-on experience in client engagements, developing consulting, analytical, and commercial capabilities while delivering meaningful outcomes and building a foundation for your career at Novatus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred or higher.
• 1–2 years in management/strategy consulting or in-house transformation.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data analysis.
• Interest in consulting within financial services and stakeholder engagement.

• Analyse operating models and strategies to identify transformation opportunities.
• Conduct business analysis, process reviews, and problem solving to deliver strategic, operational and regulatory outcomes.
• Support client engagements through structured analysis and problem-solving approaches.
• Contribute to transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Assess processes, governance, and technology capabilities to identify improvements.
• Apply data analysis and modelling to support recommendations and business cases.
• Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Develop clear, high-quality presentations and client deliverables.
• Contribute to business development, including proposals and client pitches.
• Support internal initiatives and capability development across the firm.
