Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting or advisory within financial services.
• Understanding of business strategy, operating models and transformation delivery.
• Interest in data strategy, data governance, analytics-driven change or AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of data and AI transformation projects in financial services from strategy through implementation.
• Identify and prioritise data and AI use cases, build business cases and define success measures.
• Analyze problems, engage stakeholders, and help deliver data and business transformation outcomes.
• Contribute to operating models, governance, and responsible AI controls for compliant use of data and AI.
• Assess data quality, architecture, and governance foundations for scaling initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into data and technology solutions with technical teams.
• Assist in developing proposals, presentations and client materials to communicate value.
• Track emerging data and AI capabilities and translate them into practical applications.
