Novatus Consulting is seeking a proactive Consultant to support diverse projects across financial services, working with Senior Leaders to shape and deliver practical solutions in strategy, operations, risk, data, and technology-enabled change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or an in‑house transformation team.
• Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in data analysis.
• Demonstrated interest in a consulting career within financial services, with an understanding of key industry themes
• Strong communication skills, with experience engaging and collaborating with stakeholders
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work in a structured and timely manner
• Proven ability to contribute effectively within teams
• Strong learning agility and ability to develop new skills

Responsibilities

• Analyse clients’ operating models and business strategies to identify opportunities for transformation.
• Conduct business analysis, process reviews, and problem‑solving to help clients define and deliver strategic, operational, and regulatory outcomes.
• Support the delivery of client engagements through structured analysis and problem‑solving approaches.
• Contribute to transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Assess processes, governance, and technology capabilities to identify improvement areas.
• Apply data analysis and modelling to support recommendations and business cases.
• Work with stakeholders to support delivery and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Develop clear, high‑quality presentations and client deliverables.
• Contribute to business development, including proposals and client pitches.
• Support internal initiatives and capability development across the firm.
