Job summary

Voy is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Patient Experience Operations team in London. With 4-7 years in high-growth startups, consulting, or operations, you will drive cross-functional strategic initiatives that directly impact care delivery.

You will partner with commercial, product, data, and clinical teams to identify opportunities, build business cases, track KPIs, and scale activations across operations.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in consulting, startup operations, generalist operations, or a similarly analytical and fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
• Self-starter mindset with bias to action—proactive and resourceful.
• Thrives in ambiguity and rapidly evolving, mission-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Looker, SQL or other data visualization and analysis tools is a bonus.
• Experience with sales operations / strategy is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the activations funnel post consultation—from reporting, process improvement and resource planning to scaling new strategies.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Product, Data, Commercial, and Clinical to ensure initiatives are aligned and executed effectively.
• Support business case development, KPI tracking, and performance reporting for Patient Experience operations.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone with 4-7 years of experience in high-growth start-ups, consulting, or operations, who is eager to take on cross-functional challenges and drive strategic initiatives that directly impact care delivery.

You’ll work closely with commercial, product teams, and operational leaders to identify opportunities, solve problems, and execute projects that help our Patient Experience teams perform at their best.

What You’ll Do
