Strategy & Operations team

The Strategy & Operations team is part of the COO office, tasked with scaling the company towards ambitious milestones. The role is varied and cross-functional, reporting to the Head of Strategy & Operations. It involves co-designing, owning, and implementing strategic initiatives and building core business functions for growth. The role is practical and hands-on.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a successful, global market-leading company that is still small enough to make a significant impact.

Note: this role is focused on executing and building the business, not on high-level strategy advice or managing others.

Hard Skills Requirements

• 3-7 years in high-performance environments (consulting, banking, startup, law, etc.)
• Top-tier MBA is a plus but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills (quantitative and qualitative)
• Hands-on ability to execute and translate strategy into action
• Excellent communication skills
• Structured, organized, reliable, and proactive ownership
• Interest in learning new technologies and tools

Other Requirements

• Curiosity about finance, trading, blockchain, and crypto
• Ability to design processes and execute strategic projects
• Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is a plus but not mandatory
