Job summary

The Services team at Eucalyptus drives patient outcomes by delivering scalable health coaching. We seek a Strategy & Operations Associate to cover a 1‑year fixed‑term maternity leave, handling cross‑functional projects, improving processes, and translating strategy into execution.

You’ll work with Health Coaching Leads and other stakeholders to design systems, optimise workflows, and push initiatives from hypothesis to delivery. Ambition, problem‑solving, and a focus on impact are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, strategy, or a similar generalist role.
• Confident with data and fluent in turning numbers into practical decisions.
• Hands-on operational experience with project delivery from start to finish.
• Strong communicator capable of coordinating with senior stakeholders.
• Creative, positive problem-solver who takes initiative and adapts to change.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering impact over credit.
• Commercial awareness and ability to connect work to business value.

Responsibilities

• Own a mix of projects and ongoing operational work to improve patient outcomes and business value.
• Track and improve engagement, retention, quality, and safety metrics within the Services team.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives end‑to‑end with clear plans and timelines.
• Partner with product, clinical, and operations to integrate coaching into the patient experience.
• Define hypotheses, measure success, and translate insights into action plans.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to Services leadership and inform resourcing decisions.
