Job summary

Eucalyptus, now part of Hims & Hers, seeks a Business Operations Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. You will lead cross-functional projects within the Services team, translating strategy into executable operational plans to improve patient outcomes and scale coaching operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, strategy, or a similar generalist role—ideally at a fast-growing company.
• Confident with data and able to draw practical conclusions from numbers.
• Hands-on operational experience—improved processes, managed systems, and run projects.
• Strong communicator—comfortable with senior stakeholders and clear planning.
• Creative, proactive problem-solver with flexibility in ambiguity.
• Strong collaborator and commercially aware, focused on delivering impact.
• Familiarity with health coaching, nutrition, or patient-facing services (desirable).
• Experience in digital health or a health-adjacent industry (desirable).
• Background at a startup or scale-up; people management experience is useful.

Responsibilities

• Own a mix of projects and ongoing operational work to improve patient outcomes and drive business value.
• Accountable for engagement, retention, quality of service, and safe practicing within the Health Coaching team.
• Drive operational excellence in coaching at scale and optimise day-to-day systems and processes.
• Contribute to capacity planning, coverage, and resource allocation to meet demand.
• Spot inefficiencies and translate problems into actionable improvements.
• Translate problems into hypotheses and measurable success metrics with execution plans.
• Collaborate with product, clinical, and operations teams to fit coaching into the patient journey.
• Manage projects end-to-end with a high bar for pace and quality.
