Job summary

Eucalyptus is hiring a Strategy & Operations Associate for a 1-year fixed-term maternity cover in London. You’ll join the Services team, tackling diverse operational and strategic challenges to improve patient outcomes at scale.

You’ll work closely with Health Coaching Leads and cross-functional partners to translate strategy into execution, designing processes and systems that support rapid growth while maintaining high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, strategy, or a similar generalist role.
• Confident with data; proficient in Google Sheets and drawing practical conclusions from numbers.
• Hands-on operational experience; improved processes and ran projects end-to-end.
• Strong communicator; comfortable with senior stakeholders and aligning goals.
• Creative, positive problem-solver with initiative and adaptability.
• Collaborative mindset; willingness to do unglamorous work when needed.
• Commercially aware; understands how business creates value.
• Familiarity with health coaching, nutrition, or patient-facing services.
• Experience in digital health or health-adjacent industries.
• Startup/scale-up background; people management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a mix of projects and ongoing operational work to improve patient outcomes and drive business value.
• Drive engagement, retention, and quality of service metrics for the Services team.
• Design and optimise systems and processes to improve efficiency and scale.
• Contribute to capacity planning, coverage, and resource allocation across the team.
• Translate patient and commercial problems into hypotheses, measurable metrics, and execution plans.
• Work with product, clinical, and operations teams to improve how coaching fits into the patient experience.
• Own projects end-to-end from definition to delivery and remove blockers.
