Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate on a 1-year fixed-term maternity cover. You will drive cross-functional initiatives within the Services team, designing scalable processes and tools to improve patient outcomes and service quality.

You’ll collaborate with product, operations, and clinical teams to translate strategy into deliverable improvements. You’ll report to Services leadership, track key metrics, and own end-to-end projects with a high bar for pace and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, strategy, or generalist roles.
• Proficient in data; able to draw practical conclusions from numbers.
• Hands-on experience improving processes and delivering projects.
• Strong communicator with senior stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solver and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Own a mix of projects and ongoing operational work to improve patient outcomes and drive business value.
• Move core team metrics such as engagement, retention, and quality of service.
• Design and optimise systems and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Plan capacity, coverage, and resource allocation to meet demand and maintain quality.
• Translate problems into hypotheses, metrics, and execution plans and ship improvements.
