Job summary

Eucalyptus in London is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to cover a 1-year fixed-term maternity leave. This project-heavy, cross-functional role translates strategy into execution across the Services team to improve coaching delivery at scale.

You will own multiple initiatives, partner with product, clinical and operations colleagues, and report to the Head of Services. The role suits hands-on problem solvers who enjoy ambiguity and want to impact patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, strategy, or a generalist role at a fast-growing company.
• Fluent with data and proficient in Google Sheets.
• Hands-on operational experience delivering cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders; business-minded.

Responsibilities

• Own a mix of projects and ongoing operational work (2–3+ at a time) to improve patient outcomes and drive business value.
• Be accountable for engagement, retention, and quality metrics within the Services team.
• Drive operational excellence and scalable delivery of coaching at scale.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with product, clinical, and operations teams.
• Partner with Services leadership to track KPIs and inform planning.
