Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate on a 1-year fixed-term contract to support the Services team. This project-heavy role involves translating strategy into execution, designing scalable processes, and working with product, clinical, and operations to drive patient outcomes at scale.

You will report to Services leadership, own end-to-end initiatives, and use data to inform prioritisation and planning in a fast-growing health coaching environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, strategy, or a similar generalist role.
• Confident with data — proficient in spreadsheets and data interpretation.
• Hands-on operational experience delivering process improvements and projects.
• Strong communicator able to align and influence senior stakeholders.
• Creative, positive problem-solver who takes initiative.
• Strong collaborator focused on delivering outcomes over credits.
• Commercially aware and able to connect work to business impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in delivering coaching at scale and design scalable processes.
• Lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives with product, clinical, and operations teams.
• Track and improve key performance metrics and inform resourcing decisions.
• Serve as strategic thought partner to Services leadership and translate priorities into action plans.
• Own projects from problem definition to delivery, ensuring pace and quality.
