Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the Services team. You will tackle operational and strategic projects, translate strategy into execution, and report to the Head of Services.

You’ll design systems, improve processes, and work cross-functionally with product, clinical, and operations teams to deliver scalable coaching and better patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, strategy, or a similar generalist role – ideally at a fast-growing company
• Confident with data – proficient in Google Sheets and able to draw practical conclusions from numbers
• Hands-on operational experience – improved processes, managed systems, and ran projects end to end
• Strong communicator – comfortable with senior stakeholders and aligning teams
• A creative, positive problem-solver – initiative, solutions, and flexibility in ambiguity
• Strong collaborator – focused on getting things done and willing to do unglamorous work
• Commercially aware – understands how the business makes money

Responsibilities

• Own a mix of projects and ongoing operational work to improve patient outcomes and business value
• Move core team metrics like engagement, retention, and service quality
• Design and optimize systems and processes for coaching at scale
• Support capacity planning, coverage, and resource allocation
• Translate problems into hypotheses and measurable plans
• Partner with product, clinical, and operations teams to fit coaching into patient experience
• Manage end-to-end initiatives with clear plans and blockers removal
• Track performance metrics and inform future planning with data insights
