The Role

As our Strategy & Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Global Supply Chain organisation. You’ll support the development and delivery of strategic agenda, nurture a culture of high performance, and help ensure that insight-led thinking sits at the heart of everything we do.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Support the development, communication, and integration of the strategy across all functions.
  • Enhance and maintain performance management frameworks, processes, and reporting structures.
  • Collaborate on executive-level reporting, including Business Reviews and performance insights for senior teams.
  • Oversee GSC’s Risk, Crisis, and Business Continuity Management processes, ensuring alignment with group standards.
  • Coordinate strategic senior meetings, supporting the leadership team on key business topics.
  • Contribute to Engagement & Excellence initiatives, recommending improvements to ways of working, change activities, and internal communications.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in Strategy, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate thoughtful and practical insights.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to share information and recommendations clearly and effectively.
  • Experience in building relationships and collaborating with senior stakeholders in a complex, evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible, with the ability to shape and support initiatives and embrace change.
  • Fluent in English
