Where you’ll work: Depending on the needs of your business area, we expect hub-based people to be in the office at least once a week, and to attend OVO Connection events in-person. You’ll be assigned to the closest of our three hub offices: Bristol, Glasgow, or London, unless your role requires field-based work. Each hub offers accessible spaces to work, designed to inspire and connect teams.

This role in a nutshell: The Supplier Performance Manager ensures the performance and efficiency of our third-party partners. Responsibilities include reporting, trend analysis, stakeholder communication, and implementing improvement initiatives when performance issues arise. You will lead performance with key suppliers, optimize operations, and ensure strategic alignment and innovation.

Your key outputs include:

  1. Developing and implementing a partner roadmap for efficiency and strategic alignment.
  2. Monitoring and managing third-party vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
  3. Identifying and addressing performance gaps with corrective actions.
  4. Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
  5. Anticipating and mitigating operational risks.
  6. Maintaining performance dashboards and reports.
  7. Analyzing data to identify improvement areas.
  8. Driving offshore partner output aligned with business goals.
  9. Streamlining workflows across onshore, offshore, and third parties.
  10. Driving cost efficiency and throughput improvements.
  11. Reporting performance insights to stakeholders.
  12. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  13. Managing budgets and expenses.
  14. Fostering strong relationships with third parties.
  15. Leading meetings and communication with partners.
  16. Staying updated on industry best practices.
  17. Leading change projects affecting third-party performance.

Salary: £43,500 - £57,000, plus a 15% bonus based on collective performance.
