Job summary

DO & CO, a luxury airline catering provider, is seeking a Workforce Management Coordinator to schedule and book employees and agency staff, ensuring accurate attendance data and smooth daily operations. You will support the Head of Workforce Management in payroll accuracy and agency invoice validation.

Key duties include creating staff schedules, managing agency relationships, and delivering timely labor reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce management or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff schedules coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.
• Coordinate agency relationships and act as point of contact for inquiries.
• Prepare weekly labor reports for management and partners.
• Address discrepancies in hours and adjust records promptly.
• Resolve time and attendance issues to ensure accurate records.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives in workforce management.
