Job summary

DO & CO is seeking a detail‑oriented operations professional for our luxury airline catering unit. You will work with culinary teams, maintain ERP data, and translate menus into accurate galley and BOM plans to support exceptional service.

Responsibilities include updating recipes, pricing, and planning data in Navision or similar ERP systems; generating operational reports; and helping the team improve processes while maintaining a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for high-end cuisine and service excellence.
• Clear communicator with strong written and verbal English.
• Experience using Navision or ERP systems in hospitality or events.
• Detail-oriented with precise record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Break down dishes into components for recipe input.
• Maintain and update ERP systems, recipes, pricing and galley plans data.
• Create delivery plans (menus) and galley plans (packing plans) into the system.
• Calculate and review BOM.
• Produce operational reports as requested.
• Support continuous improvement and data collection processes.
