Job summary

DO & CO London is seeking a Workforce Management Coordinator to schedule staff and agency workers, ensure accurate time and attendance data, and support payroll accuracy. You will collaborate with the Head of Workforce Management to improve processes and maintain timely salary payments, while verifying agency invoices for accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in workforce management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively and align workforce strategies with business objectives.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and support the team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating staff schedules coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Support management and coordination of agency relationships as point of contact.
• Prepare and deliver weekly labor reports to management and agency partners.
• Address discrepancies in hours and adjust records promptly.
• Resolve time and attendance issues to maintain accurate records.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
