Job summary

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership is seeking a talented analyst to work on a major national workforce transformation programme. You will help shape how workforce data and technology delivers value for NHS organisations, managers and employees across Wales and England.

The role focuses on data quality, reporting, and supporting the implementation across NHS bodies, NHSBSA and suppliers, with emphasis on data cleansing, data mapping and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR, workforce or people information systems.
• Experience turning data into meaningful information for stakeholders.
• Strong data reporting and data governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of implementation activity across NHS Wales organisations.
• Validate data sets, perform data cleansing and data mapping to support rollout.
• Assist with governance, monitoring and reporting of project milestones.
• Provide practical guidance to strengthen local capability, readiness and adoption of the future workforce solution.
