Job summary

Wrightington, Wigan & Leigh NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced leader to head the Workforce Information & Analytics service, translating organisational priorities into a clear work programme and reporting timetable. You will line-manage the team, set service standards and ensure quality, timely outputs.

You will lead complex analysis, develop reporting frameworks, and drive workforce planning and modelling across the Trust in partnership with Finance, HR and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a workforce information/analytics function.
• Ability to translate organisational priorities into a clear work programme and reporting timetable.
• Strong data governance, reporting standards and data quality discipline.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with senior leadership and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production, interpretation and presentation of complex workforce information for governance bodies and senior teams.
• Develop reporting frameworks, definitions and analytical methodologies to ensure transparent workforce reporting.
• Lead forecasting, modelling and scenario planning to support medium- and long-term workforce strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure outputs are accurate, timely and well-documented.
