Job summary

NWSSP is seeking a talented analyst to help shape and delivery of workforce data and insight across NHS Wales. You will work with HR systems like Oracle Fusion and ESR, translate data into meaningful information, and support providers preparing for transition and adoption within a national transformation programme.

The role focuses on data quality, reporting, and governance to ensure data is fit for purpose, with flexible/agile working and potential remote options.

Qualifications

• Essential criteria: degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
• Essential criteria: specialist technical knowledge of programming/query languages
• Essential criteria: excellent knowledge of data warehousing, relational databases, information systems and software packages
• Proven delivery in an information-based environment
• Experience delivering to deadlines in a customer-focused environment
• Desirable: understanding and utilisation of Oracle Fusion

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of implementation activity across a defined group of organisations
• Assist NHS organisations with transition, implementation and early adoption
• Support data cleansing, data mapping and identifying datasets
• Support rollout activities with Programme Managers and suppliers
• Assist in governance, progress tracking and reporting of data quality
