Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Talent & Performance Lead to guide global clients through End-to-End Workday HCM transformations. You will collaborate with clients, run workshops, and lead workstreams across teams to deliver cloud-based HR solutions.

You will benefit from extensive education programs, a global network, and opportunities to travel for client engagements in Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple End to End Workday HCM and Talent & Performance implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Talent & Performance or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in Talent & Performance domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering both HCM and Compensation functionalities.
• Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress
• Ability to lead diverse and disparate teams and lead them through the implementation.
• Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations
• Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets
