Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday HCM Delivery Lead to guide large-scale HR and ERP transformations for global clients. You will lead end-to-end Workday deployments, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery while managing client relationships and project finances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience delivering Workday projects end-to-end.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM and/or FIN implementations end-to-end.
• Mobilize and structure the right team to deliver end-to-end.
• Manage senior client stakeholders, engagements budget and quality.
• Ensure delivery is on time and within budget using proven assets.
• Coach consultants and project managers to the next level, and contribute to pre-sales.
