Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Core HCM Lead to guide organizations through HR transformations using the next generation of technology. You will lead end-to-end Workday HCM projects, host workshops with clients, and drive cross-functional teams across advisory and technology domains.

In this role, you will collaborate with clients on standards, manage workstreams, and contribute to innovative methods, while engaging with a global network of colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading End-to-End Workday HCM projects.
• Ability to lead a team and manage client interactions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and discussions on Workday Core HCM topics.
• Independently lead your workstream and report progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in Workday HCM.
• Liaise with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed expectations.
• Support innovation by creating new methods and assets.
