Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Talent & Performance Lead to guide global clients through end-to-end Workday HCM implementations. You will collaborate with client teams, develop functional solutions, host workshops and manage a workstream across diverse groups.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple End to End Workday HCM and Talent & Performance implementation projects.
• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Talent & Performance or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed.
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in Talent & Performance domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
• Host workshops and lead discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering both HCM and Compensation functionalities.
• Independently lead your workstream and report on progress.
• Ability to lead diverse and disparate teams and lead them through the implementation.
• Liaise closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations.
