Job summary

Morris & Spottiswood, a leading UK fit-out, refurbishment, M&E, facilities management and construction services provider, seeks a Consult Win Work Director to drive a disciplined, high-performing work-winning approach across Consult and the Group. You will lead governance for major bids, manage strategic pursuits, and optimise the opportunity pipeline with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in growth, bids, or strategic pursuits.
• Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary opportunities across projects or sectors.
• Confident stakeholder management with senior leaders, clients and partners.
• Disciplined approach to qualification, governance, pipeline and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Consult’s work-winning strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead strategic pursuit planning for priority and must-win opportunities.
• Oversee major pursuits from opportunity identification to contract award.
• Lead opportunity qualification, governance, and bid decision processes.
• Chair pursuit reviews and strategic bid governance meetings.
• Maintain visibility of the opportunity pipeline, conversion, and forecasting.
• Drive client engagement and early opportunity development.
• Ensure opportunities are assessed for strategic fit, profitability, and deliverability.
• Support pricing strategies, commercial reviews, and growth investments.
• Drive consistency and best practice across opportunity management processes.
