Qualifications
- Experience in commercial waste management or related sector.
- Strong financial and budget management experience.
- Fleet management experience and transport compliance knowledge.
- Solid understanding of waste regulations and environmental sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee depot operations, including financial management and strategic planning.
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve KPIs and safe, efficient service delivery.
- Develop budgets and monitor resource utilization for best disposal/recycling outcomes.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and drive business development.
